By accessing this website, calling our agents, or purchasing any travel services from Travelers Carrier, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services — whether through our website, by telephone, by email, or through any other communication channel. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Travelers Carrier is an travel agency providing flight booking services to individuals and groups. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Live flight search and fare comparison across 500+ airlines worldwide
- Access to consolidator and private fares not available on public booking platforms
- Expert agent-assisted booking via telephone, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- E-ticket issuance and itinerary management for confirmed bookings
- Rebooking assistance and disruption support in the event of cancellations or delays
- Multi-city, group, and complex itinerary planning and ticketing
We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines. The actual transport contract is between you and the relevant airline. We are not a carrier and are not responsible for the operation of flights, delays, cancellations, or service quality during travel.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our agents. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation and e-ticket reference from Travelers Carrier. Verbal quotes are indicative only and are not guaranteed until ticketed.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed via our PCI-DSS compliant secure system.
- Name accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure all passenger names are entered exactly as they appear on the relevant travel documents. Name correction fees charged by airlines are your responsibility.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise. International card transactions may be subject to conversion fees imposed by your bank.
- Ticketing window: Some fares must be ticketed within a short time frame of booking (sometimes within hours). Failure to make timely payment may result in the fare being withdrawn.
Cancellation and refund policies vary significantly between airlines and fare types. Many consolidator and promotional fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. The specific conditions of your ticket will be communicated to you at the time of booking and are set by the airline — not by Travelers Carrier.
- Refund requests must be submitted to us in writing. We will process your request with the airline on your behalf.
- Airline refunds can take 4–12 weeks to process depending on the carrier. We will pass refunds to you promptly once received from the airline.
- In the event an airline cancels your flight, you may be entitled to a full refund under the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable regulations (e.g. EC261/2004 for EU-originating flights).
- We charge no cancellation handling fee. Any penalties are set solely by the airline.
Travelers Carrier charges zero booking fees, zero service charges, and zero credit card surcharges. The price quoted to you is the total price you pay. Our remuneration comes from a commission paid by the airline, which is entirely separate from your ticket price and has no effect on the fare you are charged.
- All quoted prices include applicable taxes and airport charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Airline-imposed fees for seat selection, baggage, or upgrades are additional and not included in our quoted fare unless specified.
- Prices displayed on our website are indicative and are updated regularly. The fare confirmed by your agent at the time of payment is the binding price.
- We reserve the right to pass on any increases in government taxes or airline-imposed surcharges that occur after ticketing only in exceptional circumstances, and will inform you promptly if this applies.
As a customer of Travelers Carrier, you are responsible for ensuring that all travellers in your booking meet the necessary requirements to travel. This includes but is not limited to:
- Valid travel documents: Ensuring all passengers hold valid passports (with sufficient validity — most countries require at least 6 months beyond travel dates), visas, and any other entry requirements for all countries on the itinerary.
- Health requirements: Complying with any health documentation, vaccination certificates, or travel health requirements imposed by destination countries or transit countries.
- Check-in times: Arriving at the airport in sufficient time for check-in. We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before long-haul international departures.
- Accurate information: Providing truthful and accurate passenger information. Any errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you are your sole responsibility.
- Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellation, delays, and lost luggage before confirming any booking.
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from a traveller's failure to meet the above requirements, including denied boarding, denied entry to a country, or costs incurred as a result.
Travelers Carrier acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and airlines. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for that specific booking.

- We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, political instability, pandemics, or force majeure events.
